Leading talent.
Building with AI.
I've spent 20+ years finding the right people. Now I'm building with AI — and putting it to work for talent teams who want in.
I didn't come to AI through a computer science degree or a tech startup. I came to it the same way I've approached everything in my career — I got curious.
For over two decades, I've worked in talent acquisition across industries, companies, and roles. From high-volume recruiting to executive search, I know how to find the right people for the right roles. I've built sourcing strategies, learned to read a market, and spent my career matching people with opportunity.
Somewhere along the way, I started tinkering with AI tools — not because someone told me to, but because I wanted to see what was possible. Casual experimentation turned into real projects, and real projects turned into tools I now use every day. I believe the best way to understand AI is to use it. Not to read about it, not to attend a webinar about it — to sit down, get your hands dirty, and build something.
When I'm not recruiting or building with AI, my world revolves around the people I love. I'm a wife, a mom, and the kind of friend who shows up. Family and community are at the center of everything I do. And when I need to recharge, you'll find me running, in a kickboxing class, lifting weights, or out on a paddleboard. I bring the same energy to all of it — show up, push yourself, learn something new.
The world of work is shifting fast. I'm here for the people trying to figure out what it means for their teams, their hiring, and their careers. No hype, no fear-mongering. Just real talk about what's changing, what actually works, and where to start.
Both built from 20+ years in talent and three years of hands-on AI building.
Half-day sessions, conference keynotes, and leadership team trainings. Hands-on where it makes sense. Strategic where it matters. No hype, no theory — real examples from the work.
Good for: leadership offsites, TA team training, HR conferences, internal AI literacy programs.
Let's talk →Selective, project-scoped builds. If your sourcing or hiring workflow has a specific problem AI can solve, I'll build the tool to solve it. You get something you can actually use.
Good for: TA teams with a concrete workflow bottleneck, leaders who want a working prototype before committing to a platform.
Let's talk →I learn by doing. These projects are how I explore what AI can do — and how it can make talent acquisition better.
Fun, accessible demonstrations that show what AI can really do. The demos that make people say "wait, it can do that?" — and then start imagining the possibilities.

What I'm seeing in hiring right now — markets, candidates, tools, and what's working.
Everything I know about AI, I taught myself. No formal program, no bootcamp — just curiosity, experimentation, and a willingness to break things. I started exploring Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, and Copilot, and kept pushing to see what I could build.
